Could you be the full-time Repair Specialist in Astana we’re looking for?Your future roleTake on a new challenge and apply your supply chain expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll report to Lead Repair Specialist Ardak Zhanabayev, and work alongside passionate and inquisitive teammates.You'll manage the repair of Equipment through External/Internal Suppliers and to ensure the availability of such Equipment for maintenance activities.. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Operations, Procurement, Engineering etc.), contribute to budget optimization and much more.You’ll specifically manage the purchase requisition and order placement process for repairable material to ensure float is available for Operational requirements, but also ensure Supplier communications/orders and system data are correctly managed, and delivery commitmentsWe’ll look to you for:-Ensure materials/services are delivered in-line with business requirements through expediting orders and updating the business system, communicating and escalating issues
-Manage the stock levels of repairable materials ensuring they are kept at an optimum level through monitoring usage, raising orders, expediting and stock controlling
-Establish the priorities for Internal repairs and communicate them to the Workshop
Maintain an accurate ‘base data’ within the computer-based stock control system
-Provide full Supply Chain support for any identified project activities / requirements.
-Ensure a timely resolution of Invoices Queries
-Act as an ambassador for Alstom and the Supply Chain function both internally and externallyAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
