- Cooperate with BD functions.
- Consistently building and delivering an accurate opportunity pipeline.
- Assisting with executing short and long-range sales and marketing plans.
- Engage with current and potential customers to discuss and understand their needs and requirements.
- Drive and monitor the order intake pipeline.
- Updating the pipeline with new prospects to be followed up.
- Drive and provide support on major contracts, tenders and quotations.
- Drive and support contract closing activities and capture lessons learned.
- Explore opportunities for alliances and partnerships to explore new markets and opportunities.
- Tracking competitor activity and providing updates on competitor news and intelligence.
- Bachelor’s degree qualified (or equivalent) in Business Development, Sales or Marketing (preferred) or related discipline.
- Excellent English speaking skills.
- Effective communication and strong influencing skills.
- Experience in and knowledge of a relevant area of competence projects.
- Strong business attitude, getting things done mentality.
- Outstanding team player and capability to work with distributed international teams.
- A recognized attitude for strategic development and selling.
