Investbanq is an AI-powered wealth operating system for family offices, asset managers, and banks. We are empowering traditional financial institutions to rapidly transform into AI-driven WealthTech players, enabling them to effectively capitalize on the growing wealth transfer to affluent millennials and other digital natives across emerging Asia and MENA. We are scaling quickly across Asia and MENA and are assembling a high‑calibre engineering team to power our next phase of growth.Role overviewThe Corporate Development Team Lead is responsible for managing M&A projects and venture fund initiatives, including valuation and financial modeling, financial due diligence, and transaction viability assessment. The role involves preparing high-quality presentations and pitch materials, supporting business planning and strategy through research and analysis, and conducting negotiations with third parties within the approved authority. A strong focus on accuracy, quality of deliverables, and full compliance with internal policies and external legal/regulatory requirements is essential.Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain financial models for company valuations and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct financial due diligence and assess the viability of potential transactions.
  • Prepare high-quality client presentations and pitch materials.
  • Engage in independent negotiations with third parties within the scope of authority.
  • Provide research and support for the preparation of comprehensive business plans and strategy.
  • Ensure the accuracy and precision of all deliverables.
  • Ensure full compliance with internal and external legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Managing M&A projects.
  • Venture fund projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, asset management, M&A, or financial consulting.
  • Advanced quantitative and numerical skills, with proficiency in developing and interpreting financial models.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation) in both English and Russian.
  • A creative approach to solving problems and presenting insights.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from research and data analysis.
  • High ethical standards and a results-driven attitude.
