Apply now to contribute to a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement advanced automation solutions utilizing Power Automate, Copilot, and platforms like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue PrismCollaborate with stakeholders to identify workflow inefficiencies and define scalable automation frameworksLeverage AI-driven tools (e.g., Copilot Studio, Azure AI, OpenAI, Bedrock) to integrate capabilities like NLP, IDP, and predictive analytics into processesDevelop robust automation pipelines with strong adherence to reliability, scalability, and governance standardsResolve performance bottlenecks in existing automation processes through structured troubleshootingKeep informed on emerging trends in automation, generative AI, process mining, and hyperautomation strategiesIncorporate intelligent solutions such as document processing and decision engines into automation projectsTrain cross-functional teams to adopt no-code/low-code tools for self-sufficient citizen development effortsFacilitate seamless API integrations and optimize hybrid automation architectures for dynamic environmentsRequirements3-5 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate and experience with Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint technologiesProficiency in creating automation solutions with Power Automate Desktop/Cloud and Copilot workflowsBackground in AI integrations such as Copilot Studio, Azure AI, and OpenAIUnderstanding of API integrations, connectors, and scalable hybrid automation platformsHands-on experience with RPA platforms including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Blue PrismAbility to identify automation opportunities and optimize inefficient workflows systematicallyCompetency in advanced problem-solving, team collaboration, and stakeholder communication skillsNice to haveKnowledge of process mining tools like Celonis or Process AdvisorFamiliarity with intelligent automation concepts, including business process automation and bot-driven decision enginesExposure to cloud hosting solutions on Azure and AWSSkills in coding languages like .Net, Python, JavaScript, or PowerShell for bespoke automation scenariosUnderstanding of DevOps processes to implement CI/CD pipelines for automation projectsQualifications in data analysis and transformation using tools like Power Query or SQLWe offer/BenefitsWe connect like-minded people:
