- Manage 3+ active roles simultaneously (from mid to senior level);
- Work closely with hiring managers: define requirements, shape hiring strategies, and advise on market trends;
- Oversee the full recruitment cycle - from sourcing to offer;
- Maintain high hiring standards in a fast-growing environment.
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment, including international hiring (US / LatAm / EU);
- The ability to manage multiple roles while keeping quality high;
- Excellent sourcing and networking skills;
- English at B2/C1 (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced) level - for daily communication with candidates and hiring teams;
- Proactive attitude, ownership, and the ability to integrate quickly into processes.
- Full-Time Employment (Kyrgyzstan): For candidates based within Kyrgyzstan, we provide a traditional full-time employment contract in accordance with local labor legislation.
- Individual Entrepreneur (IC) Agreement (Other Countries): For candidates residing outside of Kyrgyzstan, we are open to collaboration through an Individual Entrepreneur (IC) agreement or a similar contractor arrangement, tailored to local legal frameworks.
- Commission-Based / Success-Fee Model: Alternatively, for experienced recruiters who prefer a performance-driven approach, we offer a commission-based structure where your compensation is directly tied to a percentage of successfully closed vacancies.
