- Managing document workflows for service providers: configure document upload forms, adapt them per country-specific rules.
- Assisting in the transition from the legacy system to the new platform.
- Onboarding operations teams and training them on how to properly configure forms.
- Coordinating with a wide range of stakeholders (~15 people involved in launching a new country).
- Improving the form setup process, which currently leads to frequent configuration errors.
- Conducting mapping of documents between the old and new platforms.
- Working directly with database tables: write basic SQL queries and analyze stored data.
- Clarifying document requirements with local operations teams and verifiers in various regions.
- Translating business logic into actionable requirements.
- Collaborating with designers and developers to design solutions and prepare technical documentation.
- Participating in the project focused on automating decision-making processes for incoming applications.
- Helping structure and refine poorly documented business processes.
- Ensuring mapping between rejection categories in current processes and automated logic models.
- Experience as a System/Business Analyst, with a strong focus on system analysis, for 3+ years.
- Experience working with internal tooling, platforms, or regulatory/fintech products.
- Solid understanding of backend logic, data models, and systems thinking
- Proficiency in SQL, including DDL/DML operations and independent data extraction.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams (legal, ops, data, development).
- Ability to decompose large tasks into smaller components.
- Experience with MySQL, REST, gRPC, GraphQL, UML, BPMN.
- Basic understanding of network protocols (HTTP, gRPC, SOAP).
- Knowledge of data transfer protocols (XML, JSON, Protobuf).
- Understanding of modern web and mobile application structure: frontend, microservices, databases, external partner APIs.
- Level of English – from Intermediate+.
- Experience with global or multi-region products.
