You will collaborate with business and technical teams to understand data needs, ensure data quality, and deliver accurate analyses and visualizations.Full-time permanent employment based in KazakhstanYou will:
  • Collect, prepare, and analyze data to support operational and strategic needs
  • Perform ad hoc data queries to address emerging questions
  • Validate datasets, reports, and dashboards to ensure accuracy, completeness, and alignment with PSI standards
  • Develop data visualizations
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data-related issues
  • Work with department representatives to define requirements, identify data sources, and design metrics tracking
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience that presents the required knowledge, skills and abilities
  • Minimum of one year of experience in data analysis (in Data Analyst or BI Specialist capacity)
  • Full working proficiency in English
  • Experience as a Database Developer is a plus
  • Strong command of database query languages, with T‑SQL as a minimum requirement
  • Experience with data processing and basic tools for data analysis and transformation (such as MS Excel)
  • Experience in using visualization tools and ability to create clear and comprehensive data visualizations (experience with Qlik is an advantage)
