It isn’t a question.As Customer Service Specialist Baltics & Caucasus you will to ensure orders from customers to be delivered in full and in time to customer´s warehouse and invoice delivered goods correctly for a given geographic region.Key Responsibilities:Ensure customer orders are processed in a timely and efficient manner (imports/types orders to the CERPS system, sends the order to the warehouse for realization).Check that the price settings in the CERPS system are correct.Ensure issuing of the invoices, credit notes, bonuses in time.Ensure communication with warehouse, KPI´s evaluation, stock taking, regular stock reconciliation.Verify claim process towards customers done in time.Ensure obsolete inventory is minimized as directed by the sales department.Ensure correct month end reports including stock reconciliation with warehouse.Ensure correct daily sales report & work closely with sales department in terms of customers requirement.Take care of communication with warehouse, KPI´s evaluation, stock taking, regular stock reconciliation.Improve service level to key customers.Prepare transport and orders forecast.Create and supervise repack orders received from initiators, coordinate with internal functions.Prepare transport and orders forecast and set of transport documents for each order.Manage supply chain initiatives efficiently e.g. promo packs.Work closely with third party logistics provider regarding stock management, realizing orders, returned goods and claims from customers.Requirements:Experience in a similar position is desirable.General knowledge of Supply Chain & Logistics processes is a plus.Customer orientation.Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.Excellent interpersonal and problems solving skills.Practical and proactive approach to process improvement.Ability to work independently and proactively.Strong work ethic, perseverance and resilience.Knowledge of the specifics of CAU and BALT is welcome.Russian and English language requested.
