Responsibilities:Troubleshooting at customer sites, installation, maintenance, and repair of specialized equipment (mining and mineral processing): mills, crushers, flotation machines, pumps, filters, conveyors, gearboxes, etc.;Preventive maintenance and equipment modernization;Monitoring order fulfillment for spare parts supply;Timely updating of customer service logs and internal service records;Interaction with the global service team;Maintaining daily communication with clients to ensure effective service issue resolution and proper follow-upRequirements:Higher technical education and experience working with mineral processing plant equipment;English language proficiency – intermediate level or higher;Confident PC user, including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.Conditions:Rotational work schedule – 28/28 or 21/21;Full compensation for travel to/from the rotation site and place of residence;Voluntary medical insurance (VMI) for the employee and their family membersAs an equal opportunity employer, FLSmidth embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
