  • Industrial readiness: Layout readiness, jigs/tools/Quality tools/Capex, industrial data readiness (accurate in the ERP), capacity to integrate continuous improvement in manufacturing thanks to a good use of EMFU/IMFU.
  • Manage at site level all initiatives coming from TA & ToT (activity & technology), meaning trainings, documentation & assistance for his product
  • Cost compliance: adherence to learning curve, industrial continuous initiatives pushed to operational functions.
  • Configuration management: Industrial readiness to incorporate technical changes that could have impact in the product configuration.
  • Anticipation capacity on industrial takt-time changes. Lead those changes for the operations.
  • Lean approach in all the topics (Manufacturing engineering, physical flows, supply chain, manufacturing).
  • People Management Cycle
Area of Responsibilities in the Company:
  • Reports at project level on the industrial maturity for his project(s). Reports on Industrial fixed costs at project level (work package owner).
  • Ensure that all industrial data are well settled in the ERP.
  • In the absence of Project Quality Manager in the project, could act as a facilitator (document readiness,).
Mandatory:
  • Degree in Industrial Engineer
  • 5 years' experience in Industrial and/or Project management
Competencies & Skills
  • Strong negotiation skills & leadership
  • Agile to lead transversally part of the industrial teams (manufacturing, Process and Manufacturing Engineering, part of supply chain) to transform mission into performance.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent communication
  • Active team player, deadline driven, process driven
