We are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join our team in Istanbul. The Finance Manager will support CFO in overseeing the financial operations of the Turkish Companies (Freight Forwarding and Trucking), ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budgeting, and strong internal controls. This role plays a key part in maintaining the organization’s financial health and supporting strategic initiatives through high-quality financial analysis and insights.Job DescriptionPosition: Finance ManagerReporting to: AZURITE CFOLocation: IstanbulType of work: permanent, 5/2Team: Accounting, finance executivesAreas of responsibility:
  • Financial Reporting: Lead preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Oversee budgeting process, financial planning, and variance analysis to support strategic decisions.
  • Treasury Management: Manage cash flow, banking relationships, and financing activities.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate tax reporting in line with local and international regulations.
  • Cost Control: Drive cost optimization and effective resource allocation.
  • Audit Coordination: Lead internal and external audit preparation and engagement.
  • Follow up the deal terms.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensure contractual and regulatory compliance, promoting ethical financial practices.
What do we expect
  • 7+ years of experience: 3-5+ years of proven experience in similar role in international companies
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
  • Knowledge of local and international tax and financial regulations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (Sibr, advanced Excel)
  • English and Turkish proficiency at upper-Intermediate level or higher
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Ownership, proactivity, generation the new ideas and ongoing improvement
  • Positive and open mindset, effective communication skills
