- follow-up of timely execution of Division projects;
- organization of translation of experience activities and events including but not limited to conferences, seminars, association development;
- work with finalizing policies developed by the division and provide translation of office documents (incoming and outgoing);
- develops the Division's budget request for the upcoming fiscal year, ensuring alignment with the University's budget categories managed by the Division.
- monitors and oversees the Division's budget performance throughout the fiscal year.
- makes necessary adjustments to the budget to align with the Division's objectives and ensure compliance with University standards.
- is responsible for timely and proper entry of data on the budget of the Division into the information system for budgeting, and, if necessary, making suggestions for its improvement and further development;
- is responsible for HR processes, conducting hiring, job descriptions, attendance sheets, and professional development programs;
- is responsible to prepare and organize Graduation ceremony within its mandate to provide compliance with internal documents related to the graduation;
- coordinate needed focus groups with Division along with planning and organization;
- is responsible for managing office supplies and facility upkeep, ensure the office is well-maintained and organized;
- oversight of office meetings and development of corresponding agenda;
- organize other activities of the Division as needed including but not limited to graduation, orientation week, seminars;
- coordinate and plan business trips of Division;
- overseeing the "Work on Campus" program for the Division;
- coordination of the processes of identification, assessment (analysis), management and monitoring of risks at the level of the structural unit (or organization in case of subsidiaries of the University);
- supporting risk communication with structural units;
- participation in the development and maintenance of a good risk management culture.
- is responsible for strict compliance with institutional policies and legal regulations to protect confidential information about students processed within the Division’s mandate;
- timely and properly executes the tasks of the line manager and the University`s management;
- observes the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Employer`s internal documents;
- is responsible for exercising the labor and performance discipline;
- is responsible for ensuring the integrity of official documents, and prevention of the disclosure or leakage of confidential and business information, as well as information of restricted access in accordance with the legislation, Charter and internal documents of the Employer;
- in case of dismissal, is responsible for timely transfer of all paper documentation, digital information, inventory to another employee as instructed by the line manager (to be certified by the act of acceptance-transfer).
