Lead Post-Award Contracts EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Contracts Engineer to join our project team. This role is responsible for managing all post-award contractual activities, ensuring compliance, and protecting the Company’s commercial interests throughout the project lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:
Lead administration of EPC, FEED, engineering, and construction contracts
Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and records
Provide contractual advice and identify risks/opportunities
Support negotiations with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers
Prepare reports on contract status, risks, and variations
Coordinate with project, legal, and commercial teams
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Finance, Quantity Surveying, or related field
8–12 years of experience in post-award contract administration (oil & gas / infrastructure projects)
Strong experience with EPC/FEED contracts
Proven expertise in change management and claims
Familiarity with FIDIC or similar contract frameworks
Engineering background or prior engineering experience is an advantage
