• Manage and coordinate day-to-day flight operations on the ground.
• Assist passengers during delays and resolve conflicts with care and professionalism.
• Ensure compliance with aviation safety and security procedures.
• Handle documentation, payments, and communication with airport services.
• Deliver excellent customer service and maintain positive passenger relations.

• Higher education (Bachelor’s degree).
• English level: Intermediate or above.
• Experience in passenger service or ground operations.
• Strong communication, conflict-resolution, and teamwork skills.
• Polite, proactive, and stress-resistant under pressure.

• Official employment under the Labor Code of Kazakhstan.
• Shift schedule (~32 hours per month).
