- Build and develop strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients: airlines, private jet operators, embassies, and corporate partners
- Present and sell premium in-flight catering services and tailor-made VIP menus
- Identify new business opportunities and close high-value deals
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure flawless service execution
- Attend client meetings, tastings, and industry events as a company representative
- Collect feedback and ensure the highest level of client satisfaction
- Higher education (Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related fields)
- Proven experience in B2B sales, hospitality, or client relationship management (VIP segment experience is an advantage)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Fluent Russian and English (Kazakh language is an advantage)
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and results-driven approach
- Passion for premium service and excellence
- Office location – Zakarpatskaya 27, Almaty International Airport territory.
