Passionate educator with a deep love for the English language and teaching. Responsibilities:Perform teacher evaluations and provide academic support, training and additional tutoring to teachers;Arrange regular performance evaluation tests and provide detailed feedback on areas of improvement;Advise and support teachers on planning, assessment and resources, including lesson modeling;Conduct new student interviews and did counselling with students to evaluate their needs and assess progress; * Recruitment and adaptation of new teachers:
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a teaching role
  • IELTS certificate will be a plus
  • Planning and organizational skills
