- Set and monitor individual sales targets, ensuring alignment with regional goals.
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit and grow IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.
- Provide information on market trends, sales techniques, and company offerings.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance partner experience.
- Analyze performance, prepare reports, and present insights to senior management.
- Attend and lead team participation in expos, conferences, and client meetings.
- 5+ years of experience in Forex/CFD business development, including at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in managing and motivating high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of Central Asian financial markets, IB networks, and trading regulations.
- Fluent in English and Uzbek Languages.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
