Head of Air Freight

• Building and developing the air freight infrastructure, standards, and operating model
• Driving air freight business growth, new trade lanes, and customer solutions
• Establishing and managing direct contracts with airlines, GSSAs, airports and key partners
• Designing and optimizing air freight processes from pricing to execution
• Ensuring optimal cost, margin, and service performance through data-driven decisions
• Leading cross-functional coordination with Sales, Operations, and regional offices

• Solid experience in air freight within a logistics or freight forwarding company.
• Experience in managing and improving air freight processes and daily operations.
• Experience in developing air freight business and working with new routes and customers.
• Experience in cargo charter arrangements and operations.
• Experience in negotiating and working with airlines, airports and capacity providers (including GSSAs).
• Good understanding of air freight pricing, rates, and cost control.
• English — B2 level or higher.
