Responsibilities:
  • Conducting direct search of candidates for the positions in Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan;
  • Work with contracts and other documents related to activity of recruitment services providers;
  • Assist with employment offers, background checks, and onboarding activities;
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level roles;
  • Leading campus recruitment in mass hiring;
  • Participation in recruitment events and campaigns;
  • Maintain and improve the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring compliance and accurate reporting.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.Proven ability to recruit for senior-level, hard-to-fill, or niche roles.Deep understanding of sourcing techniques, interview frameworks, and assessment methods.Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, etc.).Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and reporting. * Excellent communication skills.
