Responsibilities:Manage EPC, FEED, and engineering contracts throughout the project lifecycle, from execution to close-out.Provide contractual and commercial advice to project, engineering, procurement, and construction teams.Lead change management, including evaluation, negotiation, and approval of variations, claims, and extensions of time.Support and lead commercial negotiations with contractors, suppliers, and partners.Identify and mitigate contractual risks, ensuring compliance with company policies, laws, and industry standards.Coordinate with internal stakeholders and report contractual status, risks, and key issues to senior management.Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Economics, Finance or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 10–15 years of experience in contract management within pipeline construction, oil & gas, or energy infrastructure projects.
  • Proven experience managing EPC, FEED, and engineering contracts for large, complex projects.
  • Strong background in change management, claims handling, and dispute resolution.
  • Demonstrated success in leading high-value negotiations.
  • Familiarity with international standard forms of contract (e.g., FIDIC or bespoke EPC contracts).
