Andersen is hiring a System Analyst for a major Kazakh bank. The role involves developing a mobile loyalty app with unified management, partner rewards, analytics dashboard, and gamification features.The customer is one of the prominent commercial banks in Kazakhstan. The bank works with both corporate and retail clients, offering a wide range of financial services and supporting activities across the national financial system. The customer maintains a regional presence across the country and serves a broad client base in various market segments.The project focuses on developing a mobile loyalty partner program using Flutter, with plans for ongoing feature enhancements.Responsibilities:
  • Gathering and analyzing requirements.
  • Documenting and modeling business processes.
  • Optimizing processes and testing solutions.
  • Integrating systems and providing user support.
Stack: Java, JavaScript, Microservices, HTTP, REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, UML, DBMS (Oracle, Postgres — basic SQL skills), Postman, Swagger, modeling tools (Enterprise Architect, Erwin, Draw.io, Visio, or any other visualization tool).Requirements:
  • Experience as a System Analyst for 2+ years.
  • Experience in the fintech domain.
  • Skills in interacting with business units and translating requirements into technical specifications.
  • Knowledge of SQL and basics of working with databases.
  • Experience working with APIs and basic programming (Python, Java, JavaScript).
  • Knowledge of UML, BPMN, Agile, Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with message queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Ability to write tests and use version control systems (Git).
  • Level of English – from Intermediate and above.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with transactional back-office processes.
  • Experience working with loyalty systems.
