- Calculation and timely payment of taxes and mandatory contributions on individuals' income (personal income tax, social contributions, mandatory medical insurance, social insurance, etc.).
- Verification of the accuracy of calculated taxes and deductions, control of compliance with accounting data.
- Preparation, reconciliation, and timely transfer of tax liabilities.
- Preparation and submission of tax reports in form 200.00.
- Control of balances and movements on the company’s personal accounts in terms of taxes and payments.
- Preparation of data for statistical reporting.
- Preparation of income certificates for employees (if necessary for government authorities or internal requests).
- Support of operations under civil contracts: checking the correctness of the contractor's status, tax regime, and calculations.
- Preparation and uploading of data into accounting systems (including Sun), verification of the accuracy of imported data.
- Reconciliation of payroll and tax calculations with HR and financial departments.
- Interaction with HR, financial units, and, if necessary, government authorities on tax and settlement issues.
- Excellent knowledge of the Tax Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Labor Legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
- At least 3 years of experience independently managing the payroll calculation area.
- Proven experience in tax calculation and submission of tax reports.
- Confident user of Excel (VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, pivot tables, basic formulas).
- Ability to work with large amounts of data and meet deadlines.
- Attentiveness, structured approach, responsibility.
- Knowledge of specifics of calculations under civil contracts and work with non-residents.
