The role:

Order administration, indent orders for capital equipment
Purchase orders placement to DC/PC and local suppliers, shipments tracking, monitoring of missed orders monitoring, PPV (purchase price variance), OTIF reports. Will be responsible for non-conformance issues (short shipments, oversupply)
BPCS transactions: de-kitting, adjustments, and scrapping requests.

Qualification:

Higher education, knowledge of Transport Logistics, Incoterms
Knowledge of MS Office software programs, advanced Excel
Knowledge of BPCS (prefferable)
Work experience in Logistics not less than 5 years
Languages: Russian, English

Organization skills and the ability to use them effectively

High level of initiative and continuous improvement though process
Strong analytical skills
Stress resistance
