- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Economics, or related field
- Master’s degree or professional certifications in supply chain analytics is considered an advantage
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills
- Ability to analyze large datasets and generate actionable insights
- Advanced problem-solving and critical thinking
- Ability to translate operational challenges into analytical solutions
- Strong stakeholder communication skills
- Ability to influence operational decision-making
- Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- 3–6 years of experience in logistics analytics, supply chain analytics, or operational analytics
- Experience in transportation, warehousing, or supply chain operations is highly preferred
- Experience working in multinational FMCG or large-scale distribution environments is an advantage
- Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Power BI or similar business intelligence tools
- SQL / database querying
- SAP or other ERP systems
- Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Data visualization tools
- Logistics optimization tools
