Kindly noted that we are accepting applications strictly via email at hr@stealthmodethree.com and hr@imprintnow.comAbout the RoleStealth Mode Three is seeking a highly creative and technically skilled AI Creative Designer to support our growing paid social media marketing efforts. This role will focus on generating high-quality image and video creative assets using advanced AI design tools.The ideal candidate will have experience working with AI-driven design platforms such as Nanobana, Kling, and other generative AI tools, along with strong creative thinking skills to develop compelling marketing visuals. The candidate should also be able to independently craft effective prompts that produce high-performing creative assets for advertising campaigns.This role will help the marketing team scale creative production and rapidly test new ad concepts across multiple social media platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Creative Development

Generate high-quality image and video assets using AI tools such as Nanobana, Kling, and other generative AI platforms.
Develop visually compelling creatives optimized for paid social media campaigns.

Prompt Engineering

Write and refine advanced prompts to produce consistent, high-quality visual outputs.
Experiment with different prompt styles and iterations to achieve the best results.

Creative Concept Development

Independently develop creative concepts, themes, and visual directions for advertising campaigns.
Translate marketing ideas into engaging visual assets that resonate with target audiences.

Creative Production at Scale

Produce large volumes of ad creatives quickly while maintaining quality.
Support rapid A/B testing of different creative concepts.

Collaboration

Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to align visuals with campaign goals.
Adapt creative assets based on performance data and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience using AI design tools (Nanobana, Kling, Midjourney, Runway, or similar platforms).
Strong prompt engineering skills for image and video generation.
Ability to think creatively and independently develop concepts.
Understanding of paid social media advertising creatives (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
Strong visual storytelling and design sense.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to iterate quickly.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience creating creatives for performance marketing or paid social campaigns.
Knowledge of video editing or motion design tools.
Familiarity with AI-driven creative workflows.
Experience working in e-commerce or digital marketing environments.
