  • Document management, control of contracts, and processing/transfer of invoices from counterparties as well as preparation of information for the Statistical Report (Form 1-TC)
  • WTO import report, preparation of export documents. Translation of invoices (imports)
  • Organization and implementation of procedures for the mandatory confirmation of product compliance with Technical Regulations 004/010/020/032/037
  • Tracking the expiry date of existing certificates/declarations of conformity. Filing of applications to the certification body.
  • Publishing the approvals received for the manager and all concerned departments of the company (product managers, logistics staff, and other internal work customers)
  • Processing of applications from a company for one-time permission to import into the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Preparation of letters according to the letter
  • Collection of documents for submission for a certificate of origin, filling/tracking the application on the website of Atameken NPP.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Logistics, or a similar technical field
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar position,
  • Strong Russian, English is a must (at least intermediate level), Kazakh is a big plus,
  • Experience in SAP is a plus,
  • A good team player with a customer-focused mindset,
  • Ability to work in a global set-up and communicate at all levels of the organization,
  • Meets the deadline on time,
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
