KPIs:
- Product content coverage rate across the assortment matrix
- Compliance with intellectual property rights, policies, and corporate standards
- Content infrastructure efficiency and process governance (Opera usage, workflows)
- On-time delivery of localized content for e-commerce partners
- Team’s KPI setting, performance and collaboration across Legal, Marketing, and E-commerceDay-by-Day Responsibilities- Lead and develop high-performing content operations team - Oversee the end-to-end content flow in Opera (PIM-DAM): upload, quality control, completeness, metadata accuracy
- Establish and optimize processes for content creation, localization, and approval
- Partner with Legal to ensure timely removal of expired content and compliance with IP rights
- Coordinate with E-commerce and Marketing teams to prioritize and deliver product content requests
- Find, establish and manage cooperation with external agencies (design, translation, and localization partners)
- Develop and enforce SEO standards for product naming & descriptions, maintain visual consistency across product portfolio taking into account category preferences
- Monitor KPIs and continuously improve team productivity and content quality
- Establish Rating and Review management process (scanning / answers scripting)What we expectHard Skills:
- Understanding of Content’s effects at eCommerce performance in different channels
- Proven experience in content operations / digital asset management / e-commerce content
- Strong command of PIM/DAM systems like Brandquad, Fadel, OpenText, Salsify or similar would be an advantage
- Understanding of SEO principles, text product data storage and manipulation
- Familiarity with intellectual property management in digital content workflows
- Experience managing multi-language content localization (Russian, Kazakh, Uzbek markets preferred)
- Solid project management skills (agile mindset, cross-team collaboration)Soft Skills:
- Strong people leadership, delegation, and coaching skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent skills in structuring and overseeing processes- Savviness and Sense of Beauty for Cosmetics & Perfumeries content
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
