International company Andersen, one of the leaders in the outsource production market, is recruiting for Data Analytics traineeship with further employment in Kazakhstan (in the office: Almaty or Kazakhstan remote).Andersen Company is interested in the rapid professional development of employees and improvement of their skills, is ready to invest funds and time. Therefore, our competitive advantage is considered to be rapid growth, in terms of salaries, among other things.Requirements:

Intermediate or higher English level (verbal communication);
basic understanding of programming languages, primarily Python for data analysis and modeling.
familiarity with SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
exposure to data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
understanding of fundamental statistical analysis and machine learning concepts.

Will be a plus:

a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field;
familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud or Azure;
exposure to advanced machine learning techniques and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch;
participation in relevant academic projects, internships or hackathons involving data analysis, machine learning or BI development.
