Customs Certification Specialist (Специалист по таможенной сертификации)

• Supporting broker in import/export customs clearance process (preparation of necessary documentation, identification of certification or permissions needs, arrangement of permissive documents from local authorities, liaison with local and remote teams, calculation of customs taxes & duties).
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and procedures for imported goods, proactive monitoring of changes in legislation/restrictions.
• Preparation of documentation to obtain certificates of state registration, certificates of conformity.
• Contract management and monitoring of payments.
• IC, brokers, and certification agencies.
• Tracking deliveries in transit till inbound.
• Updating status inbound report and informing required stakeholders.

• 3+ years of experience in import/export.
• Hands on experience with local certifications/authorities.
• Basic understanding of rail, road transportation and warehousing.
• Ability to deliver results under pressure.
• Strong communication skills.
