Job Category: EngineeringJob Description:Wood (trading locally as WOOD KSS LLP) is currently looking for Water Supply and Disposal Engineer / Designer (All levels) who are confident working with RoK regulatory requirements (KZ Passport holders) to join our team in Atyrau, Almaty, Astana, Kazakhstan.Responsibilities:
  • Development of design documentation in accordance with the Law of the RoK 1.02-03-2022 and other regulatory documents of the RoK
  • Design and develop feasibility studies, projects, detailed documentation
  • Design automatic water, foam, gas and powder fire extinguishing systems for warehouse buildings, industrial buildings, oil and gas facilities, water supply and sewerage systems at industrial facilities, main pipelines, rotational villages, public and residential buildings, pumping stations and treatment facilities
  • Design calculation and make key decisions on the master plan of water supply and sanitation, select equipment, projects of external networks and structures of water supply and sewerage, residential, public and industrial buildings, oil and gas facilities, select basic pumping equipment, automatic water, foam and gas fire extinguishing systems
Qualifications:
  • Experience in the area of specialized software would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of RoK regulatory documents on water supply design is required
  • Work with expertise is required
  • Skills in projects within EPC contract/"turnkey" (Engineering, Supply and Construction)
  • Qualification certificates
  • AutoCAD, MS Office
  • Communication skills, ability to work in a team and independently
