- IMX (Integrated Marketing Experience) will deploy Operating Unit capabilities to deliver consumer intimacy at scale, through world-class ideas and experiences that connects creativity, media, data, culture, and commerce.
- Lead local connections agenda including media buying, retail media, JBPs (Joint Business Plan),
- Lead local social media, influencers and epics agenda
- Drive local Studio X effectiveness and operating excellence.
- Ensure locally relevant and highly effective content / shopper / design deployment and/ or the development of locally specific experiences
- Lead a team of SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) (Media, content, Epics, etc)
- What Success Looks Like: Step change creative effectiveness and ROI by ensuring locally relevant experiences; Upskill the company and Studio X within core markets on driving intimacy at scale; Leverage data & technology to elevate media, shopper and content excellence and boundaries.
- Significant marketing and leadership experience (10 years+), with great focus on media, creativity, design, data/tech.
- Acumen across relevant marketing disciplines: innovation, creative strategy, connections, design, category/brand positioning & growth strategy
- Led scaled, complex, cross-functional and cross-geographical teams and projects
- Led projects and capabilities that leverage Digital/ Data/ AI as edges
- Led and developed teams directly and external partners (agencies)
