Обязанности:Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Logistics Dispatcher / Transport Coordinator to remotely coordinate and monitor international vehicle logistics, from dealership pickup to final client delivery.The role focuses on planning, coordination, follow-up, and communication, ensuring logistics operations run efficiently across different transportation methods and regions.This position requires availability for shifts aligned with Eastern Time (UTC-5 / UTC-4), with occasional evening and weekend coverage.This is an operational coordination role, not sales and not customer support.Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics Coordination

Coordinate and follow vehicle logistics from dealership to final destination
Organize pickup and delivery schedules with internal teams and external logistics partners
Monitor shipment progress and delivery milestones remotely
Ensure smooth coordination between all parties involved in the logistics process

Communication & Follow-up

Communicate daily with dealerships, logistics partners, and internal teams
Provide clear spoken and written updates in English
Anticipate delays or issues and coordinate corrective actions or escalation
Maintain continuous information flow across stakeholders

Operational Control

Track shipments, timelines, and delivery confirmations
Verify logistics documentation and basic compliance requirements
Maintain accurate dispatch and tracking records
Ensure coverage during assigned evening and weekend shifts, as required

Требования:Preferred Qualifications

English proficiency level B2+
Automotive or vehicle logistics experience
Experience coordinating multiple logistics partners or subcontractors
Familiarity with logistics tracking tools, dispatch systems, or TMS
Previous experience in shift-based logistics operations
Experience in international shipping (sea freight)
