- Supervise and develop team members
- Conduct performance evaluations and training.
- Lead customs team and ensure timely clearance
- Monitor transactions and control costs
- KPI tracking
- Develop and update internal procedures
- Ensure compliance and audit readiness.
- Support process improvements and cross-functional projects.
- Coordinate with authorities during inspections
- Maintain professional relationships with external authorities.
- Ensure processes meet quality standards and legal requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position with people supervision.
- English upper-intermediate or above.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Solid functional and technical expertise in customs processes & legislation.
