We’re looking for Departmnet Assistant to support our leaders with day-to-day coordination, scheduling, communication, and administrative tasks.   • Provide administrative support to the Partner/Director
  • Organize and coordinate the business meetings(documents and presentations preparation, organizing schedules)
  • Arrange business trips
  • Maintain the business correspondence;
  • Carry out any other duties as requested by the Partner/Director
  • Prepare the contracts, internal sign - off procedure
  • Prepare invoices
  • Arrange audio and video conferences
You’re the perfect match for this role if you:
  • Hold a higher education degree (preferably in linguistics or management).
  • Have at least 1 year of administrative support and office management experience.
  • Are fluent in Kazakh, English, and Russian at an upper-intermediate level to effectively communicate with expatriates.
  • Experienced PC user (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet Explorer)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Have excellent organizational and administrative skills
  • Possess strong attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines while multitasking.
