We are seeking a Solution Architect at any career level to collaborate on data-driven projects. Together, we design and deliver solutions that derive actionable insights from data, leveraging scalable platforms, innovative technologies, and machine learning algorithms.The range of technologies we use is broad, allowing for flexibility in the Solution Architect's technical background. We offer a solid architecture framework, extensive educational resources, and a supportive Solution Architect community to help deepen expertise in the data domain.This position offers remote setup with the flexibility to work from any location in Kazakhstan, whether it's your home or well-equipped offices in Astana, Almaty or Karaganda.ResponsibilitiesCommunicate directly with business stakeholders to understand goals and needsExplain all technical aspects to the development team and justify architectural decisionsOversee the implementation of solutions, beginning with defining project requirements and progressing to solution deliveryDevelop and present detailed solution architecture documentation to customers and implementation teamsContribute to pre-sale activities throughout the entire pre-sales lifecycleAssess and evaluate solution architectures for compliance and viabilityExplore emerging technologies and actively participate in company knowledge-sharing initiatives and training programsRequirementsProduction experience in requirements engineering, solution architecture, systems development, deployment, and maintenanceKnowledge of architecture, design patterns, and technologies spanning at least three domains (e.g., Data Platforms, IoT, Machine Learning, Backend, Mobile, etc.)Expertise in the internal workings of at least one specific technology domainUnderstanding of core concepts in data and analytics platform design, including data warehousing, business intelligence, data management, integration, security, and operationsCompetency in designing, implementing, deploying, troubleshooting, and re-platforming distributed systems both on-premises and in the CloudStructured knowledge of the complete architectural design process, including requirements gathering, quality attributes, technology selection, estimation, proposal validation, and documentationBackground in all phases of the software development lifecycle using varied methodologies and best practicesHighly organized with strong attention to detailGood interpersonal competence for effective communicationProficiency in EnglishWe offer/BenefitsWe connect like-minded people:
