What you will be doing:
  • Conducting complex new employees searches and selection process, support at all stages of recruitment
  • Attracting the best professionals in different product areas of the company's business, "market mapping" preparing
  • Organizing and executing quality onboarding process for new employees
  • Working with employees’ engagement, analyzing the reasons for employee turnover to reduce it
  • Proposing recommendations to increase employees’ job satisfaction,
  • Collaborating with managers to improve their teams’ efficiency and performance
  • Сoordinating and supporting internal communication, support of marketing dept in Indonesia
  • Building effective cross-cultural communication
  • Maintaining reporting and analytics on key HR-metrics
What we expect of you:
  • Experience in a recruiting agency or in-house recruitment from 3-5 years (experience at industrial market is preferable)
  • Experience in complex search using non-standard recruitment tools
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Experience in a company with a cultural competency and diversity awareness approach (preferable)
  • Ability to build and maintain strong employee relations in the company
  • Influencing and Persuasion skills
  • Effective communication, positivity and active listening
