- Conducting complex new employees searches and selection process, support at all stages of recruitment
- Attracting the best professionals in different product areas of the company's business, "market mapping" preparing
- Organizing and executing quality onboarding process for new employees
- Working with employees’ engagement, analyzing the reasons for employee turnover to reduce it
- Proposing recommendations to increase employees’ job satisfaction,
- Collaborating with managers to improve their teams’ efficiency and performance
- Сoordinating and supporting internal communication, support of marketing dept in Indonesia
- Building effective cross-cultural communication
- Maintaining reporting and analytics on key HR-metrics
- Experience in a recruiting agency or in-house recruitment from 3-5 years (experience at industrial market is preferable)
- Experience in complex search using non-standard recruitment tools
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Experience in a company with a cultural competency and diversity awareness approach (preferable)
- Ability to build and maintain strong employee relations in the company
- Influencing and Persuasion skills
- Effective communication, positivity and active listening
