Key responsibilities:
  • Finding and contacting potential business partners to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Building and supporting friendly relationships with current international business partners.
  • Finding and developing new products and markets for an increase in sales.
  • Attending international conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Contract management and negotiation;
  • Manage special projects related to the business development of the company
  • Working with international suppliers to ensure that processes are running efficiently
  • Developing goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.
Business Development Manager Requirements:
  • Experience in procurement and pharmaceutical business is preferable;
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or technical sciences field.
  • Strong communication skills and IT fluency (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in Russian and English;
  • Team player with a good positive attitude and high energy;
  • Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
