Job Description & SummaryAssociate/ Senior Associate - Chinese Business GroupPwC Kazakhstan (Eurasia) China Business Group is looking for Business Development Associate/Senior Associate.ResponsibilitiesProvide professional interpretation and translation support during client meetings, calls, and project discussionsServe as a communication bridge between Chinese clients and PwC local teamsCoordinate project-related communications and ensure accurate and timely information flowAct as a key point of contact for assigned clients and manage day-to-day communications with collaboration with the teamSupport the execution of advisory projects by coordinating internal teams and tracking deliverablesAssist in preparing client materials, presentations, and project documentation in Chinese and EnglishMonitor project timelines and ensure milestones are metSupport business travel arrangements and client visit coordination when requiredHelp to manage selected project workstreams and supervise junior team members when necessaryAssist in conducting basic regulatory and market research to support client advisory engagementsPrepare summaries and briefings on local business practices and regulatory updatesWork closely with tax, legal, accounting, and other service lines to ensure integrated service deliverySupport proposal preparation, including document drafting and coordination of internal inputsMaintain proper documentation in accordance with internal compliance and risk management proceduresAssist in preparing marketing materials and presentation decks for Chinese clientsSupport networking events and client relationship development initiativesRequirements:A Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in business, law, or the humanities and social sciencesFluent in English and Chinese; proficiency in Russian and Kazakh will be considered an advantageExcellent language skills (interpretation and translation) to provide professional services to existing clients, including meeting and project coordination, project translation, etc.Excellent teamwork skillsRelevant experience is preferred depending on the position applied forAble to work flexible hoursWork Location: Almaty/Astana (occasional business trips possible)
