You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates.You'll play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of configuration data throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (such as Service Project Managers and Technical Managers), provide guidance on configuration and change management tools, and much more.You'll specifically take care of maintaining configuration baselines and training team members on configuration rules but also contribute to process improvements and reporting accuracy.We'll look to you for:Writing and maintaining the Configuration and Change Management Plan (CMP) to implement the process in projects/programsEstablishing and managing the configuration and change management system, including tools and structureTraining team members on CMP rules and ensuring their consistent applicationDefining reporting and indicators for configuration and change managementMaintaining the accuracy of configuration items data throughout the project lifecyclePlanning, organizing, and attending Configuration Control Board (CCB) meetingsCreating and publishing configuration baselines and writing release notesAnalyzing configuration and change management indicators and providing insightsSuggesting improvements based on lessons learnedAll about youWe value passion and attitude over experience.
