In this role, you’ll shape and execute communication strategies across the Caucasus & Central Asia region, drive corporate culture initiatives, and ensure alignment with KPMG’s global values.If you're ready to make a lasting impact on how people feel and communicate at work, this opportunity is for you.As our Internal Communications Supervisor, you will:Develop and implement internal culture and communication initiatives tailored to KPMG Caucasus & Central Asia offices, supporting local teams and leadership engagementAdapt global corporate programs to regional contexts, ensuring alignment with global standards and valuesManage regular internal communications channels including intranet, news digests, and Viva Engage, and organize strategic events such as town halls and staff conferencesAnalyze employee feedback and engagement data to assess the impact of initiatives and recommend improvementsSupport the development of corporate values and traditions through onboarding sessions, community events, and internal clubs (e.g. sports, reading, language)Coordinate the Global Engagement Survey and pulse surveys: manage communication, collect and analyze results, present findings, and track the implementation of engagement initiativesYou’re the perfect match for this role if you:Have a higher education in psychology, journalism, personnel management, sociology, communications, or a related fieldBring at least 3years of experience in corporate culture and internal communicationsDemonstrate strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills across all levelsPossess analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a creative approach to internal communicationsAre proactive, responsible, and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environmentHave experience working in international companies (a plus)Diversity & Inclusion StatementWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
