- Oversee end-to-end delivery of applications, from planning through release and post-implementation support.
- Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, quality standards, and budget requirements.
- Implement best practices for Agile, DevOps, and ITIL-based delivery models.
- Partner with business leaders, product owners, and technology teams to align delivery with organizational objectives.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to senior management and stakeholders.
- Act as the escalation point for delivery challenges or cross-team conflicts.
- Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs for application delivery and support.
- Drive automation, standardization, and optimization of delivery processes.
- Ensure compliance with security, risk, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to IT strategy by aligning application delivery initiatives with business goals.
- Support budgeting, capacity planning, and vendor management.
- Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance application delivery capability.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in application delivery, solution management, or IT project management.
- Proven track record in managing medium to large teams across multiple projects or application portfolios.
- Proven track record of managing vendor-driven implementations (SaaS, on-premise, open source).
- Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes (Service Design, Transition, Operation).
- Familiarity with enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, ITSM, collaboration tools).
- Experience in vendor negotiations and SLA management.
- Strategic mindset with hands-on execution ability.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and grow high-performing teams.
