You'll play a crucial part in shaping our workforce's development through innovative training methods and evaluations.Responsibilities:Analyze learning needs via stakeholder interviews and gap assessments.Develop and implement consulting-focused training (client management, leadership, etc.).Manage LMS, track progress, and curate content.Conduct engaging training sessions and organize learning events.Lead L&D projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.Evaluate training effectiveness and optimize programs.Requirements:Bachelor’s in Education, Business, HR, or related field.3+ years in L&D, preferably in consulting/professional services.Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.LMS experience and fluency in English (Russian/Kazakh a plus).KPMG is a global network of professional firms providing Audit, Tax and Advisory services.
