Rotation: 5/2We are looking for an experienced QA/QC Steel Structure Inspector to join our team at the Karabatan site. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in inspecting prefabricated steel structures in workshops and overseeing on-site installation activities.Key Responsibilities:Inspect steel structure prefabrication and installation for compliance with project specifications and international standardsIdentify issues and generate Site Reports (SR) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR)Follow up on corrective actions and verify proper closure of reported issuesCollaborate with construction teams to ensure high-quality standards are maintainedRequirements:Relevant technical qualificationMinimum 3–5 years of QA/QC experience in steel structure projects (oil & gas sector preferred)Strong knowledge of steel fabrication and erection standards (e.g., AWS, ISO)Experience with documentation and reporting procedures (SR/NCR)Good communication skills in English and RussianAbility to work on a 5/2 rotation in KarabatanBolashak is a market leader in the provision of Technical & Engineering solutions to Kazakhstan’s Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining and other industries.
