We are a U.S.-based consulting company helping businesses manage government employment programs and tax-related processes. Our work focuses on organizing employee data, ensuring compliance, and supporting clients with accurate documentation.Responsibilities:Collect and organize employee information and documentationMaintain and update data in Excel / Google SheetsTrack employee working hours and ensure records are accurateFollow up with clients to request missing informationReview documents for completeness and accuracySupport internal processes related to compliance and reportingRequirements:Strong attention to detail and accuracyGood knowledge of Excel and Google SheetsAbility to work with large amounts of dataEnglish level: C1 or higher (written and spoken)Strong organizational and time management skillsNice to have:Experience in operations, administration, HR, payroll, or complianceExperience working with international (U.S.) clientsConditions:Remote, full-time positionStable workload and long-term opportunityTraining provided on internal processesFriendly and supportive teamAbout the role:This role is focused on data management, document processing, and client coordination.
