Key Responsibilities:Manage and support Windows/Linux servers and cloud infrastructureTroubleshoot system issues and implement solutionsAdminister storage systems (SAN/NAS, NetApp ONTAP, RAID, snapshots, replication)Configure and maintain Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and NISDevelop scripts in Bash or PowerShell for automationWork with VMware, Hyper-V, Azure, and DevOps toolsSupport SharePoint, Power BI, and basic data analysisRequirements:Education: 4+ years in CS, IT, Electrotechnical/Telecom Engineering or 6+ years in other higher educationPractical experience with server hardware, OS, data storage, virtualization, and networkingFamiliarity with cloud technologies (Azure) and IT infrastructure toolsLanguages: Kazakh or Russian (mandatory), English (TCO Level 3+)Strong presentation, communication, and problem-solving skillsExperience: Minimum 4–6 years of relevant IT experienceBolashak is a market leader in the provision of Technical & Engineering solutions to Kazakhstan’s Oil & Gas, Construction, Mining and other industries.
