- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in registry operations or student records management within a recognized higher education institution.
- Strong knowledge of academic policies, registration, enrolment processes, and data protection requirements.
- Proven ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in student information systems, learning management systems (LMS), and Microsoft Office tools.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Experience supporting institutional audits and quality assurance.
- Familiarity with student support and academic advising best practices.
- Data analysis and reporting skills.
- Multilingual proficiency in document translation and student communications.
