- Lead and manage end-to-end client technical delivery engagements within the CEMEA region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs and technical challenges.
- Oversee the implementation of digital solutions in client environments, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (including architects, developers, UX practitioners, and business analysts) to deliver seamless technical solutions.
- Provide subject matter expertise in payments, digital banking, and technology integration.
- Drive project governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment in multi-country, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Document processes, key learnings, and best practices for re-use across the team.
- Present project outcomes and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Facilitate communication and cooperation between the central Technology Advisory team and the consulting teams in the countries.
- Support the scaling and codification of the offerings of Technology Advisory Practice
- Advanced knowledge of digital banking, payments technologies, and financial services platforms (including APIs, integration patterns, and cloud solutions).
- Solid understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (such as TOGAF, Zachman, or similar), including experience designing scalable, secure, and robust system architectures.
- Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and maintaining enterprise applications-web, mobile, or cloud-based-using modern development languages and frameworks.
- Proven track record with system integrations, including working with middleware, APIs, and third-party platforms.
- Proven experience managing technical delivery teams, including Agile/Scrum frameworks and best practices.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, infrastructure, and security considerations in financial services.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with implementation and integration of digital products in banking or payments environments.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project).
- Motivated by delivery and with a high attention to detail.
- Technically minded people leader with experience leading technology delivery teams with diverse resources and skill sets.
- A proven track record of delivering implementation projects to time, within costs and to the highest quality.
- Deep experience in managing complex projects.
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated intellectual and analytical rigor.
- Strong team orientation with a collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible style able to work effectively in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including strong oral and written capabilities
- Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with the ability to progress multiple priorities concurrently
- Experience in and passion for payments
- Strong commercial acumen, with experience in working on business/value cases that prove ROI
- Excellent client engagement and relationship management skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management
- 9 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor Degree or 7 or more relevant years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 3 or more years of experience with a PhD
- Minimum 8 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 3 years in management or technology consulting firms (Big 3, Big 4 or technology-led consultancies)
- Demonstrated track record of delivering large-scale technical projects in the financial services sector.
- Experience working in multi-country, multi-stakeholder environments, ideally within the CEMEA region
- Experience with client engagement and relationship management at senior levels
- Fluent English and Russian are mandatory
- Ukrainian language skills are a strong plus
