Business Analyst

• Gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
• Conducting interviews, workshops, and negotiations with clients and end users.
• Creating and maintaining BA documentation: BRD, FSD, user stories, BPMN diagrams, acceptance criteria.
• Acting as a bridge between product, engineering, and client teams, ensuring clear communication.
• Supporting backlog refinement and prioritizing features by business value.
• Collaborating closely with Product Managers, UX/UI, Developers, and QA.
• Contributing to pre-sales discovery and proposal preparation when needed.
• Monitoring fintech and payment industry trends, suggesting products and process improvements.

• Experience as a Business Analyst in fintech, banking, or enterprise systems, for 4+ years.
• Proven track record of direct communication and negotiation with stakeholders and end customers.
• Strong knowledge of BA artifacts (BRD, FSD, user stories, diagrams).
• Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart, Figma.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, and financial processes.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication abilities; strong stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Level of English – Upper-Intermediate and above.
