The Senior Manager of Front Office serves as a primary point of contact for visitors to the AIFC Front Office, providing high‑level, non‑advisory consultations on the AIFC ecosystem. The role ensures accurate information delivery, effective redirection of inquiries, and a consistent, client‑oriented visitor experience.Key Responsibilities
  • Provide front‑line consultations and visitor support at the AIFC Front Office
  • Deliver high‑level guidance on AIFC authorities, organisations, services, and processes
  • Clarify visitor requests and redirect inquiries to relevant AIFC bodies or stakeholders
  • Act as a universal consultation point following reception triage
  • Apply internal knowledge bases and contribute to continuous improvement through feedback
  • Ensure accurate record‑keeping in CRM and internal databases
  • Maintain confidentiality and comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, Economics, or related field, Master’s degree is an advantage
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in finance, consulting, or related fields
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational, coordination, and follow‑up abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a client‑facing environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/database systems
  • Fluency in Kazakh, Russian, and English; Chinese is an advantage; additional languages are a plus
