- Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base.
- Prepare and negotiate commercial offers and contracts.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through regular communication and support.
- Coordinate with operations and technical teams to ensure service delivery.
- Track project execution and follow-up on invoicing/payment.
- Maintain records in CRM and provide regular sales performance reports.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity in taxi crane services.
- Achieve defined sales and business development targets.
- Reporting line: You'll report to the Country Manager and collaborate with technical and operations teams.
- Higher education
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Knowledge of the lifting equipment market is an advantage
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
- Confident PC user (MS Office, CRM)
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of English and/or Kazakh/Russian
